AI agents may be configured and trained to work with real business data provided or authorised by our customers. The exact categories of data processed, purposes of processing and applicable safeguards depend on the particular solution and agreement with the customer.

Where we process personal data on behalf of a customer and according to that customer’s instructions, the customer generally acts as the data controller and UAB “Informacinių technologijų pasaulis” acts as the data processor.

Where required by applicable law, such processing will be governed by appropriate data processing agreements or contractual provisions.

We do not use customer personal data for purposes incompatible with the services agreed with the customer.
